Features Added to TestLeft 4.74

Applies to TestLeft 15.40, last modified on March 17, 2022

This topic describes the changes made to TestLeft 4.74. For information about the changes in other TestLeft versions, see TestLeft Version History.

  • SAP GUI support. You can now create and run automated tests for SAP GUI (Front-End) for Windows. To learn how to prepare SAP GUI for testing, see Preparing SAP GUI for Testing.

  • TestLeft now identifies combo box controls in web applications by their label and description (the aria-labelby and aria-describedby attributes respectively). It can also recognize radio button controls by their contents. This makes object recognition in web applications (for instance, in Salesforce) more reliable.

  • Support for Mozilla Firefox 86.

  • The test log has the new Time With Children column that shows the time spent on running a test operation along with its child operations.

  • The TestLeft installation runs significantly faster now.

  • We’ve fixed a few issues reported by our customers.

Discontinued support

TestLeft no longer supports Firefox version 79–82.
