You get this message if you are trying to activate a TestExecute license on your computer when there is another license already activated on this computer.
TestExecute displays this message to inform you that the new license cannot be activated over the existing one. Before activating the new license, you need to deactivate the existing one first. You can do this either automatically, by uninstalling TestExecute or manually, via your SmartBear Account page (https://my.smartbear.com).
