This page is related to key-based licenses — a regular license type used in TestExecute 15.40. For information on the new ID-based license type, see SmartBear ID-based Licenses.
Sometimes you may need to disconnect users who connected to a License Manager. To do this:

Go to the License Manager PC.

Open the Sentinel Admin Control Center. To do this, open the http://localhost:1947 URL in a web browser (see Controlling License Manager for more information).

In the Admin Control Center, click Sessions in the left-side menu. This will open the page that displays information on connected users.
You can see the user names in the User column. Most likely the connection list contains several pages. You may need to browse through them by clicking « prev page and next page » buttons below the list.
You may configure the License Manager to prevent certain users or computers to connect to it. For information on how to do this, see Specifying License Manager for Connection.
