Every time TestExecute checks for updates, it tries to connect to SmartBear’s Web site to get information about the latest version of TestExecute and compare this version with the version installed on your machine.
If your computer is not connected to the Internet, TestExecute displays this message to inform you about the problem.
The message is also shown if Internet Explorer is in offline mode on your computer. In this case, switch Internet Explorer to online mode and try again.
