Testing the Connection

Applies to TestComplete 15.10, last modified on December 15, 2021

When you are creating a connection to your issue-tracking database via the Connection wizard, you can test the connection parameters.

On its last page, the wizard tests the connection to your database using the parameters you have specified and shows the test results.

If the test passed successfully, the Finish button is enabled. Click it to store connection settings and add the connection to the list of connections.

If the test failed, click Back, check the connection parameters, and then try to connect to the database again.
