TestComplete Licensing

TestComplete 15.10 uses licenses of two types:

• Key-based — Regular licenses that imply using a license file from SmartBear. You apply that file on your computer to activate the license, or you consume the license from the license server that is running in your network and that is licensed with this file.

• SmartBear ID-based — New licenses available as an early access feature for some users. They don’t require license keys or files. To run the product, a user needs to specify their SmartBear account.
