Description
Use the Item property to get the caption of a list box or combo box item specified by index.

To view this property in the Object Browser panel and in other panels and dialogs, activate the Advanced view mode.
Parameters
The property has the following parameter:
Index
The index of the desired item. Indexes are zero-based, that is, they range from 0 to ItemCount-1.
Property Value
A string holding the item caption, or an empty string if the specified item is not found.
Remarks
If you use Python or DelphiScript, you should enclose the parameter of the Item property in square brackets: Item[Index].
You can also determine the item caption using the Caption property of the corresponding ListItem object.
