The TestComplete Test Visualizer captures images of your tested application for operations performed during test recording and playback. These images, as well as helper files, are saved to the Visualizer subfolder of the folder containing your test.
You may receive this message if TestComplete is unable to save the Test Visualizer data to the disk. The problem occurs if you are working under a non-administrative user account, which does not have permissions to create files and write data to the destination folder.
To resolve the problem, ask your system administrator to grant your user account necessary permissions. For more information about using TestComplete under a limited user account, see Working With TestComplete Under User Accounts.
