The View Table dialog allows you to preview data to which the DB Table variable you are creating or modifying will provide access. The dialog opens when you do any of the following:

Click the View Sheet button on the Select Worksheet page of the Add DB Table Variable or Edit DB Table Variable wizard.

Click the View Table button on the Select Database Table page of the Add DB Table Variable or Edit DB Table Variable wizard.
The dialog displays the data stored in the underlying Excel sheet or database table, as well as the total record and column count for this data. You can copy a specific record along with the column names to the clipboard by selecting that record and pressing Ctrl+C.
