You get this message if you are trying to run the test via Remote Desktop and the Desktop Connection session is disconnected. Typically, this message appears for the following reasons:

The Switch User command-line command was called. So, the session for the specified user was disconnected intentionally, and TestComplete will not be able to proceed with the test run.
The Remote Desktop Connection window was closed. You must not close this window while running the test. If you need, you can resize the window (make it smaller) or minimize it. However, if you close the window, the Remote Desktop session is disconnected, and TestComplete will not be able to proceed with the test run.
