Message - Unable to find the specified object.

This message is displayed when you try to edit an object checkpoint or property checkpoint using the Object Checkpoint wizard or Checkpoint wizard correspondingly, but TestComplete cannot find the object you want to use for comparison.

This may happen if the application that contains the specified object is not running, or the object does not exist in the application. For example, the window containing the object was closed after you created the checkpoint.

To solve the problem, make sure that the application is running and that the desired object exists in the application.
