The Attach to Process page assists you in selecting the name of the process to attach to. The table shown on this page lists all the processes to which you can attach the Report Generator. To learn to which processes the Report Generator cannot attach, see below.
Page Visibility
The Choose Process Name page is displayed when you do the following:

Launch the Report Generator.

On the first page of the wizard, click Advanced options.

On the resulting page, click Attach to process.
Processes to Which the Report Generator Cannot Attach
When you open the Attach to Process page, you may notice that it does not list all the processes running in the system (for instance, the list may differ from the Task Manager’s content). The Report Generator cannot attach to some processes and thus these processes are not shown on the page:

Processes running in debug mode.

Processes that correspond to the Report Generator utility.
Page Description
As it was said above, the table shown on the page lists the processes to which the Report Generator can attach. This table contains the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| Process | Specifies the process name. |
| ID | Specifies the identifier of the process. |
| Type | Specifies the type of the process. The possible types are: x86 (corresponds to 32-bit processes) and x64 (corresponds to 64-bit processes). |
Select the desired process in the table and click Next to proceed with the report creation. Click Back to return to the Choose Option page.
Cancel will close the Report Generator wizard without saving any changes.
