You may face this problem if:
You activated the TestComplete trial (time-limited) license and then purchased and activated a commercial (permanent) license of TestComplete. The trial version is time-limited and enables you to evaluate the product within 30 days. The trial version supports all of the TestComplete features provided by the Desktop, Web, and Mobile modules and the Intelligent Quality and Device Cloud add-ons, while the license you have purchased may support only some of them. After you activate the license, the trial features that do not agree with the license will remain functional until the end of the trial period. After the trial period is over, you receive an error message notifying you that the specified features are no longer available.
Your license for a TestComplete add-on has expired. The licenses for the add-ons are always time limited. After they expire, you can purchase a renewal.
To disable the unavailable features and continue using TestComplete, click Disable in the error message box.
To activate a module, you need to purchase and activate a license for it.
