You may face this problem if you entered invalid activation information into the License Management wizard. A possible reason is that you have misspelled some data or did not specify a value.

To solve the problem, please specify the correct activation information. You can find it on the TestComplete page of the My SmartBear section of our web site. You can copy and paste values from the TestComplete page to the License Management wizard.
