Bug Fixes in TestComplete 14.73

Fixed: After a computer was rebooted using the RebootAndContinue method, TestComplete (or TestExecute) failed to access the license.

Fixed: TestComplete could exit unexpectedly when a user was creating a new project in a project suite if a project had been removed from that project suite before.

Fixed: It took much time (up to several minutes) to clone a project.

Fixed: If the timeout set for a test item expired while the test was executing the If Object operation, the test log did not inform that the test was terminated on timeout.
