TestComplete shows this message when it fails to connect to a BitBar mobile device selected in the Select BitBar Device dialog. This can happen for one of the following reasons:

The selected device is not available for your BitBar account. You can check the list of available devices on the cloud.bitbar.com/#testing/devices page of the BitBar website.

The selected device was shut down by BitBar.

All available instances of the selected device have been already claimed by other users.
Click Refresh in the Select BitBar Device dialog to update the list of BitBar devices. Devices you can use will have the Available state. Unavailable devices will be grayed out.
