To begin working with agile tasks, go to Agile Tasks > Show Agile Tasks. From here, you can access various types of operations which you can perform with an agile task of your choice.
Add Agile Task
To create an agile task, click Add New on the Agile Tasks screen.
On the following Add Agile Task form, provide the necessary information about a new agile task. You can use auto-fill to quickly describe the task – to do that, just select a recent entry in the Auto-fill from Recent Entry drop-down list.

Once your agile task is ready, click Submit to apply the changes you have made.
A new agile task will appear on the Agile Tasks screen.
Edit Agile Task
To perform operations with a specific agile task, click Edit this record in the Actions column near the task on the Agile Tasks screen.
On the Edit Agile Task form, you can apply the changes you need to the agile task: for example, edit the fields describing the agile task, attach new mockups, make some comments, and so on. See below for more information.
To apply the changes you have made, click Submit, or click Cancel to return back to the Agile Tasks screen.
What Else You Can Do
Link Items to Agile Tasks
If you need to link some other items to the agile task (for example, requirements or releases), use the Linked Items panel on the Add Agile Task form or the Edit tab of the Edit Agile Task form. See Linked Items for more information.
Add and Edit Comments
Work With Attachments
To attach files to the agile task, either upload them on the Add Agile Task form, or switch to the Files tab on Edit Agile Task and click Add New to open the Add Attachments form.
On that tab, you can also download or delete the existing attachments.
View History
To view the history of changes of an existing agile task, switch to the History tab on the Edit Agile Task form.
You can also switch to the Fast Edit History tab to see changes made to the agile task as part of a bulk.

Review Agile Task
To view the full information about an agile task in the easy-to-read printable form, do one of the following:

On the Agile Tasks screen, click Printer Friendly in the Actions column near the needed agile task.

Click Printer Friendly at the top of the Edit Agile Task form.
Email Agile Task
To email the agile task, do one of the following:

Click Email near the needed agile task on the Agile Tasks screen.

Click Send Email at the top of the Edit Agile Task form.

If you need to add some comments on the agile task, click Add New Note on the Add Agile Task form or switch to the Notes tab on the Edit Agile Task form and click Add New.
