The Defects screen provides a place to store and track work on application issues, bugs or support tickets. You can track the status of submitted defects, assign items to team members and track hours worked. Defects can be linked to release items, agile tasks, other defects, requirements, contacts, tests, test sets, and list items.

Critical tables and views are:

  • Bugs table – Stores the reported defects, issues, or support tickets.

  • Bugs view – Contains detailed information on the defects.
