Unable to Obtain the Counter List from the 'Server_Name' Server

This message is displayed if LoadComplete cannot obtain the counter list for the server specified for monitoring. To resolve the problem, make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The server name, IP and URL are spelled correctly.

  • The server is online and accessible from your computer (for example, you can ping it successfully).

  • The server is enabled for remote performance monitoring as described in the Preparing Servers for Monitoring topic.
