The Help menu provides commands that allow you to get help for LoadComplete, visit the SmartBear web site or contact our Support Team. The available commands are:
Start Page - Opens the Start Page window or brings this window to front if it is hidden. Alternatively, use the Ctrl+Alt+S shortcut.
Contents - Displays the contents of LoadComplete Help. Alternatively, use the Shift+Alt+F1 shortcut.
Index - Opens the index of LoadComplete Help.
SmartBear Software Web Site - Allows you to visit SmartBear’s web site, http://smartbear.com.
Check for Updates - Checks for updates for the current version of the product on SmartBear’s web site. To learn more, see How to Check for Available Updates.
Contact Support Team - Opens the Contact Support Team dialog that allows you to submit your question to our support team.
Technical support is only available for LoadComplete Pro users.
If you have questions about the product, search for an answer using the self-help resources located on our web sites.
Activate or Deactivate License - Opens the License Management wizard.
About - Opens the About window that contains the LoadComplete version number, the link to the SmartBear web site and brief operating system information.
