Unable to Attach the Project to the Support Request

LoadComplete shows this message when it cannot attach your project to a support request you are trying to send by using the Contact Support Team dialog.

This typically happens if LoadComplete cannot archive the current project because some of its files are locked. To resolve the issue, you can archive your project manually and upload your project later. For this purpose, do the following:

  1. Pack your project to an archive.

  2. In the Contact Support Team dialog, clear the Attach an archive containing the project to my support request check box.

  3. Click Continue. LoadComplete will open a web page with the Contact Support Form in your web browser:

    support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadComplete

  4. Specify your contact information and product information on the web page.

  5. Click NEXT, I HAVE FILES TO UPLOAD and attach your archived project.
