If you use invalid data to activate a LoadComplete license, the activation will fail and LoadComplete will show an error message. A possible reason is that you have misspelled some data or did not specify certain data.
To solve the problem, please specify the correct activation data. You can find it on the LoadComplete page of the My SmartBear section of our web site (https://my.smartbear.com). You can copy and paste values from the LoadComplete page to the License Activation wizard.
