The LoadComplete installation program allows repairing your LoadComplete installation in case it has been corrupted or inadvertently deleted. The repair procedure restores corrupted and missing files from the LoadComplete installation, LoadComplete-specific registry keys, file associations and others.
Before you start repairing the LoadComplete installation, consider the following:

Your user account must have administrator permissions in order to repair LoadComplete.

The repair procedure resets the LoadComplete settings to default. You may want to export your customized settings to a file so that you can restore them after repair. For more information, see Exporting and Importing Custom User Settings.
To repair LoadComplete:

Close LoadComplete, if it is running, as well as web browsers and any other open applications that LoadComplete works with.

In the Control Panel, open Programs and Features.

Locate SmartBear LoadComplete 4 in the list and click Change. The LoadComplete installation wizard opens.

In the Welcome screen, select Repair and click Next to proceed.

In the confirmation box that asks whether you want to continue, click Yes.

Wait until the repair procedure completes and click Finish in the Repair Complete screen.
