There are a couple of ways you can get a sense of how Firefox will print a web page with our service. Here are two techniques:

On the Windows configuration you choose to test, add a printer to the local configuration:
1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Printer
4. Add printer
5. Next, unchecked automatically detect with PNP, next, LPT1, selected printer (HP, HP LaserJet 4 for example), Next, don’t print a test page, Finish.
This allows you to do a print preview in Firefox (and possibly others), so this may help. You can definitely take a snapshot using our camera tool at the top of the console to make an image of how the page will appear. Since our configurations revert to a “frozen” image when you finish, adding a printer will not impact the next user.
A second option is to put a print driver on the system which allows printing to a PDF file. Once you have printed to this PDF file, you can use the browser to log into Gmail (or other) and mail the file to yourself. You could then print it. You can download a PDF print driver at www.dopdf.com. The install is straightforward. Set this as the default printer. When you print a web page, it asks you what file to save the output as and creates a PDF file. You can then mail this to yourself.
