AQTime displays this message when it cannot log in using the specified user credentials.

The most possible reason is that the user name, domain or password is specified incorrectly. Another reason is that the user account, under which AQTime is launched, does not have appropriate user privileges. To learn how to grant privileges, see the Profiling Under Another User Account topic.
