You can "zoom in" on the report to have a close view of certain details or you can "zoom out" to see the general layout of report contents. For this purpose, use the Zoom menu, the Standard toolbar or the Zoom dialog. The latter provides the same functionality as the menu and toolbar.
Both the Zoom menu and toolbar include the following buttons:
Percent 100%
Displays the page at the actual size.
Page Width
Fits a page image within the width of the Print Preview form.
Whole Page
Displays the whole page within the borders of the Print Preview form.
Widen to Source Width
This button is enabled only when a report does not fit the page width. This button changes the scale so that the Print Preview form displays all pages necessary to print the report "horizontally".
Two Pages or 
Four Pages
Display two or four whole pages simultaneously.
Multiple Page
Displays several pages on screen simultaneously. Available formats include 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 2x1, 2x2 and 2x3.
Zoom
This box allows you to specify any scale you require: Either select a predefined scale from the dropdown list or enter a new one within the box.
