If you profile an IIS or ASP.NET application, you must restart the IIS services before each profiler run. AQTime tries to restart these services (WWW Publishing Service and IIS Admin Service) itself. If this attempt fails, AQTime displays this message. To solve the issue, try to restart these services manually using the Control Panel > Services dialog and then re-run the profiler.
