AQTime displays this message when you start profiling an IIS or ASP.NET application. For some reason, AQTime needs to restart IIS. That is, it needs to restart the IIS Admin Service. Press Yes to restart IIS and continue profiling. Press No to cancel profiling. Note that restarting the IIS Admin Service will also restart services that depend on it, for instance, FTP Publishing Service, WWW Publishing Service and Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP).
