AQTime displays this message when you start profiling an Internet Information Services (IIS) application in IIS mode, but the AQTime Service is not running. To profile IIS applications, this service must be running. You can start it in the Control Panel > Administrator Tools > Services dialog or by running the <AQTime>\Bin\DebugService8x86.exe executable (on 32-bit operating systems) or <AQTime>\x64\Bin\DebugService8x64.exe (on 64-bit systems) with the -service command-line argument:
<AQTime>\Bin\DebuggerService8x86.exe -service<AQTime>\x64\Bin\DebuggerService8x64.exe -service
