The license deactivation requires that TestLeft’s licensing management modules to be installed on your computer. That is why the license deactivation should be performed before you uninstall TestLeft.

If the license management modules on it are not available, the deactivation is impossible. This may happen due to various reasons. For instance, the licensing modules may be deleted or corrupted.
