When you open a TestComplete project suite in network mode, TestExecute creates a .tcNET file in the project suite's folder. This file contains references to users' configuration files. If the file cannot be created for some reason (for instance, you have no permission to create files in that folder), this message is displayed. If you still want to open that project suite but not in network mode, click Yes.
