Your Time-Limited License Has Expired

Applies to TestExecute 15.40, last modified on March 25, 2022

This page is related to key-based licenses — a regular license type used in TestExecute 15.40. For information on the new ID-based license type, see SmartBear ID-based Licenses.

TestExecute trial license provides you with a 30-day trial period, during which you can evaluate TestExecute. This problem occurs when the trial period is over and indicates that you must obtain a permanent license in order to continue using TestExecute. To purchase a TestExecute license, contact SmartBear Sales department or your local SmartBear reseller.

If you already have a permanent TestExecute license, it indicates that you have not yet activated it. To activate the license, click Try Again. Populate the fields of the ensuing License Management wizard dialog with the information from your account on the My SmartBear Account section of our web site (https://my.smartbear.com) and click OK.

You can also try resolving the problem by using the Licensing Troubleshooter on our web site:

The troubleshooter will also help you collect information needed to submit a request to the SmartBear Support Team.
