If TestExecute fails to find a license on your computer and in the network, it will display this error message. This can happen if the License Manager PC it used last time is unavailable and TestExecute did not find other License Managers in the network. For example, the License Manager PC may be down, or your computer may deny access to it or to other License Manager PCs.
