The Device Cloud Parallel license is always subscription-based. This means it is time-limited and will expire after the subscription period expires. To continue using the product, renew your subscription:
1. Purchase the license renewal
To purchase the license renewal, please contact the SmartBear Sales Team.
2. Activate the renewal
Log in to your SmartBear Account:
To log in, you will need the user name, email, and customer ID of the license holder. You can find these details in the email message we sent you after you had purchased the license.
After you log in, the My SmartBear Account page will display the list of products you own. From the list of products, go to the Device Cloud Parallel product page.
Find the license for which you purchased the renewal. Click Renew your license.
Follow the instructions that you will see on the screen.
