This message appears when TestComplete cannot get access to the source control database, in which the current project or project suite is stored. This can happen, for example, if the connection to the database cannot be established, if the database location was changed, if you do not have access rights to the project in SCC, and so on.

You can choose one of the following options:

Update associations -- If you select this option, you will be prompted to select the new source control database or the source control project to store your project or project suite in.
Temporary work offline in disconnected mode -- If you select this option, you will be able to work with the current project or project suite in the offline mode during the current session (until you close this project or project suite).
Permanently remove source control association bindings -- If you select this option, all associations of the current project or project suite with the source control database will be removed. You can then work with your project or project suite in the standalone mode.

Message - Failed to access the source control database associated with the project or project suite.
