When does the error occur?

The error occurs if TestComplete cannot connect to the CucumberStudio server.

Why is the message shown?

The message is shown if:

  • Your computer does not have access to your CucumberStudio server.

  • Your firewall or proxy does not allow traffic to your CucumberStudio server.

Workarounds

Make sure your computer can access the CucumberStudio server.

Make sure the firewalls and proxies running in your network allow your computer to connect to the server.

Make sure there are no network issues that can affect your connection.
