When does the error occur?

The error occurs when you are trying to bind your TestComplete project to an Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server project.

Why is the message shown?

The message is shown because the Azure DevOps or Team Foundation account you are using to access your team project does not have necessary permissions.

Workarounds

You may need to contact your Azure DevOps organization’s or Team Foundation Server collection’s administrator to get proper permissions.
