The error occurs when you are opening a project suite that contains a project or several projects the test items of which are linked to Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server team project test cases.

The message is shown because TestComplete cannot access team projects with the test cases of which the test items of one or several TestComplete projects are linked. This can happen, for example, if your computer cannot access your Azure DevOps or Team Foundation server.

Make sure that your computer has access to your Azure DevOps or Team Foundation server and that you can access the needed team projects and their test cases.
