When does the error occur?

The error occurs when you are trying to connect to an Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server from TestComplete.

Why is the message shown?

The message is shown because TestComplete has failed to connect to the specified Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server.

Workarounds

Make sure that the name of the specified Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server is correct. Also, make sure that the server is available fro your current computer and the account you use to connect to the server has access to it.
