Message - Failed to retrieve the existing associations.

The error occurs when you are trying to view test cases associated with a test item of your TestComplete project.

The message is shown because TestComplete has failed to get information on an Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server team project’s test cases to which your project’s test items are linked. This can happen, for example, if the needed test cases do not exist in the team project.

Make sure that TestComplete can access the needed team project and that the needed test cases exist in the team project.
