Initializing and connecting to the data store.

Logging in.

Selecting projects, item types and selecting the desired item (if you use your issue-tracking template to modify items).
 - 
Searching for item fields.
 - 
Attaching a file.
 
The text in the message describes the error that occurred.
| Note: | The error can occur if you are trying to use a global issue-tracking template that was created after you had opened your test project in TestComplete.
		 To use global issue-tracking templates in your projects, reopen your test project after you create or configure your global template in TestComplete.  |
