You can disable the physical mouse before a test run to prevent the computer users from interfering with the test run. To do this, use the Disable mouse option in your TestComplete project's properties. To enable this option:

Select Tools > Current Project Properties from the TestComplete menu.

Choose the Playback category in the list on the left. 
- 
Select the Disable mouse check box. 
- 
Select File > Save from the TestComplete menu to save the changes. 
TestComplete disables the mouse at the beginning of the test, and the mouse stays disabled until:
- 
the test ends 
– or –
- 
Ctrl+Alt+Del is pressed.
