When you command TestComplete to create a load test using another SmartBear product, LoadComplete, and TestComplete fails to find the needed LoadComplete version on your computer, TestComplete will show an error message.

To create load tests, use LoadComplete version 4.80 or later. We recommend that you use the latest available version of LoadComplete.

Log in to the My SmartBear portal and check if you have the required LoadComplete version.
