Description
Use the Utilities.IsLeapYear method to determine whether the specified year is a leap year.

Specifies the desired year.
Result Value
If the specified year is a leap year, the method returns True. Otherwise, it returns False.
Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To check whether a particular year is a leap one, use the aqDateTime.IsLeapYear method.
