The Add Object wizard is used to add new elements to the Stores | Objects collection of TestComplete projects. These elements are used to create object checkpoints.
On the Specify Stores Item Name page of the wizard you can specify the name of the new Object element. Enter this name into the Name edit box. The default name generated by TestComplete is based on the object name. If the Objects collection already contains an item with the same name, it will be overwritten.
Note that the name will be used to address the element from scripts, so it must be a valid script identifier. Scripting languages supported by TestComplete have different rules for the names. To specify the name that match any language, start the name with a letter and enter only letters, digits and underscore characters.
After you specified the name, click Next to proceed.
