You use the Select Fields dialog to specify fields of an item in your issue-tracking system to be mapped to item fields in your template in TestComplete. TestComplete will use this template to add a new item to or to modify an existing item in the issue-tracking database specified by template properties.

To call the dialog, click the Add button in the Template Fields section of the Template Editor dialog. The button is enabled only if you specify a valid connection, project and item type in edit fields of the Template Editor:

The Select Fields dialog lists available item fields. Choose the fields, which you would like to add to the template, and click OK. TestComplete will add the item fields to the template and will automatically map them to template fields of the same name. Then in the Template Editor dialog you can modify template fields, change their order, and so on. See About Creating Issue-Tracking Templates for more information on this.
