The Tools menu provides commands that affect TestComplete customization and are used to specify project settings. The available commands are:

Item	Description
Options	Opens the Options dialog.
Default Project Properties	Opens the Default Project Properties dialog.
Current Project Properties	Opens the Project Properties page of the project editor.
Issue Tracking	Contains a sub-menu that affects issue-tracking templates.
Connection Manager	Opens the Connection Manager dialog.
Template Manager	Opens the Template Manager dialog.
Docking Allowed	If this menu item is checked, you can dock any panel anywhere you like. If this item is unchecked, you cannot change the current docking scheme. To learn more, see Docking.
Settings	Contains a sub-menu that allows you to import or export the settings.
Export Settings	Opens the Export Settings dialog.
Import Settings	Opens the Import Settings dialog.
Customize Keyboard	Opens the Customize Keyboard dialog.
