Unable to connect to HP Quality Center

This message is displayed if TestComplete cannot connect to HP Quality Center. Below are the possible causes of the problem:

  • The host address or user credentials are specified incorrectly. To resolve the problem, check whether the user credentials and host address are specified correctly.

  • Some firewall or antivirus software running on your computer prevents TestComplete from connecting to HP Quality Center. To resolve this problem, make sure that TestComplete is added to the list of trusted applications and that your firewall or antivirus allows HTTP traffic through port 8081 used by TestComplete to connect to HP Quality Center.
