Description
The Utilities.AnsiLowerCase method converts all the letters of the given string (Str) to lowercase and returns the resulting string. The conversion is affected by the current locale.

Remarks
This method is obsolete. It is supported for backward compatibility only. To convert all the letters of the string to lowercase, use the aqString.ToLower method.
