Use the Default Project Properties > General dialog to configure project properties that will be applied to all new TestComplete projects.
To call the dialog

Select Tools > Default Project Properties from the TestComplete main menu.

Click Project > General in the tree on the left.
Available properties
Properties you configure in this dialog will be assigned to every new project. You can then modify them on the Properties page of the pages (see Project Properties > General).
